Prepare the Package
Securely pack your FUMI CASE in its original packaging, ensuring all protective films and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your returned item, we will process your refund or ship your replacement case within 5 to 7 business days.
